Seller Onboarding
Sellers must provide accurate business details, GST/PAN records where applicable, bank details, pickup address, and marketplace agreement acceptance.
Product Listing Rules
Product listings must include accurate titles, images, pricing, stock, age group, safety notes, and no counterfeit or restricted products.
Operations
Sellers are responsible for inventory accuracy, packaging quality, dispatch SLA, return coordination, and customer issue resolution through Toyco workflows.
